It is therefore sufficient to have a dataset of multiple thousands of recipes, that are more than enough to provide new inspiration and guidance for the everyday cooking experience. Even though the scanner does read the data, depending on what kind of data is contained on the receipt, it is still possible to create an expected expiration date, based on the average storing length of similar products and the purchase date.
